  17. I really haven't seen any striking new sites lately, but I've had a limited amount of time to surf for them. If you see a hot new Doom- or MacDoom-related Web site, let me know.

  24. Yes, the rumors are true. I've been spotted in CompuServe's Mac Games Forum (Go: MacFun). I've joined CompuServe mainly to gain access to the setext edition of MacWEEK, which I used to get from eWorld. Since eWorld is about to be dismantled, I can't get it there anymore.

I doubt I'll be staying on CI$ very long. But I do recommend the Mac Games Forum. It's run by a real stand-up guy named Ivan Cockrum (father of Mystique, a very cool Myst e-zine). Anyway, if you get on there, you can find some cool Doom-related files in several of the libraries, including Shooting Gallery (for WAD files).
